About This Course
Cosmetology graduates are creative, focused, and ambitious. They enjoy working with their own hands and value the aesthetic. In this program, students will learn how to clean, shape, style, color, and texturize hair, as well as care for for skin and nails. But, beyond these artistic skills, they’ll also learn the structure and composition of specific human anatomy and basic business principles and practices.
The future for the Cosmetology industry is promising. The industry has a constant demand for qualified, well-trained graduates. Whether one wants to specialize in nails, make-up or skin care, become a master educator, a state inspector or another role in the field of cosmetology, the job opportunities in the cosmetology industry are abundant. The industry also offers many opportunities for an individual to start their own business.
